Sunice offers international shipping through a partnership with Borderfree. Borderfree allows us to provide an enhanced shopping experience for our non-US customers, with the benefit of seeing product prices in your local currency, guaranteed order totals at checkout and no hidden fees.
When you place an international order, your transaction will be with Borderfree, but Sunice is happy to handle all your customer service needs.

Do you ship to my country?
Visit the Sunice international site to select your country from the dropdown. If your country is not in the list, we do not currently ship to your country.
How do I place an international order?
Before shopping, confirm or change your country by clicking on the flag image at the top right of any page. This will allow you to select your shipping destination and view the currency for that country.
Add items to your cart. Once you begin the checkout process, your financial transaction and shipment will be processed by Borderfree. You'll see a guaranteed order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. For most countries, you can choose to pay duties and taxes at time of Checkout or you can select the option to pay duties and taxes upon delivery. When indicated in Checkout, some countries offer only the option to pay duties and taxes upon delivery.
If you don't see your country listed, Borderfree doesn't currently ship to that destination.
Are there any additional costs that will be due upon receipt of my order?
As long as you select to prepay duties and taxes, the order total presented at checkout is the exact amount you’ll be billed by Borderfree, and there will be no additional costs due upon delivery.
How do I check my order status?
You can track the progress of your international package(s) on the Borderfree portal.
Who should I contact if I have questions relating to my order after I have made a purchase?
Please contact us at email@example.com and Sunice will gladly assist you with any questions relating to your international order. Canadian customers can also call our customer service department at 1-855-745-4330.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Once your transaction is complete, Sunice ships your item to a Borderfree facility in the United States, then Borderfree ships your order to its final destination.
Most in-stock items will arrive within 5-15 days after your order has been placed. You'll see a shipping range specific to your country when you check out. Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.
What is your Return/Exchange Policy for International Orders?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org or 1-855-745-4330 (Toll free from US or Canada). You will receive a “Return Authorization” email containing detailed instructions on how to return your item(s), including the necessary shipping label and instructions on arranging for pick-up or drop-off via DHL. Your Return Authorization email will contain a detailed breakdown of your refund. Return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund. If you paid taxes and duties at the time of purchase, these charges will be included in your refund.
Can I purchase or redeem gift cards for internationally shipped orders?
Unfortunately, we do not currently support the sale of gift cards to international customers or the redemption of gift cards for international orders.
What is the promotion policy?
International orders are not eligible for any of the promotions we offer to our U.S.-based customers. We do offer country-specific promotions from time to time, and those promo codes will be communicated to those customers and can be redeemed on the international checkout page.
